Very pale and bright, this dry wine has powerful aromas of blackcurrant bud, licorice, citrus and white flowers. Nice with sea food, fish, delicatessen and as an aperitif.

Family exploitation of 40 hectares producing white wines (80% Sauvignon -20% Chardonnay), rosé and red (80%Pinot Noir and 20% Gamay) of Cheverny Appellation and white wines from Cour Cheverny Appellation, but also a sparkling white wine, using the traditional method. Located on the right bank of the Loire, the clay soils near to the river give very aromatic white wines. The red wines are light and fruity and are made along the Cosson river.
