Vincent HAYER, winegrower and manager has been watching over the destinies of the Domaine de Montcy and its vines since 2003.
The Domaine de Montcy now has around thirty hectares spread over four main plots located in the communes of Cheverny, Cormeray, Chitenay and more recently Celettes. The grapes are vinified in a natural way, without yeasts and without enzymes to best bring out the terroir.
Cuvée Canalys.It’s a blend of sauvignon and Chardonnay very ripe to have powerful aromas and a long finish. Possible to drink it now or to wait 3-8 years. Enjoy this wine with fish in sauce, white meats, cheeses or aperitif.

The Sauger Estate is a family vineyard since 1870 (5 generations). Philippe Sauger who manages the company after his parents, developed the vineyard and the equipment to make Cheverny whites, reds and rosés. Even if he uses traditional farming, he loves the innovation and tries to have wines with a really good quality.
This wine has a brilliant pale yellow color with golden reflections and opens onto an expressive nose which combines country scents (elderberry, blackcurrant bud) with notes of exotic fruits (mango, passion). The palate has a frank attack, fleshy, fresh and balanced, with a beautiful aromatic resonance (passion) that lingers in a tender finish.

Started in 1931, the wine cooperative of the Winemakers of Mont Prés Chambord is situated in the heart of the Cheverny Appellation, between the Loire river and the Sologne, near the prestigious castles of Blois, Chambord and Cheverny. The cooperative does the harvest and the winemaking of its 21 members on 126 hectares of vines. It sells around 500 000 bottles every year and is today the first producer of Cheverny wines.
Cuvée La Charbonnerie Aromas of white flowers and ripe stone fruits. Rich and full-bodied wine with great tension. Drink it chilled over the next 3-4 years.

Sur la commune même de Cheverny, le domaine familial de 20 ha est implanté sur la route des châteaux de la Loire.
Les vignes sont plantées sur trois communes : Cormeray, Cheverny et Cellettes.
Les vignes jeunes et vigoureuses sont enherbées. Ailleurs, les sols sont labourés et cultivés. Vendanges manuelles afin de trier les raisins.
A partir d’une belle matière, le rôle du vinificateur se limite à surveiller les différentes phases de la vinification , sans artifice technique. Les cépages sont vinifiés à part, sans levurage et avec un maximum d’hygiène pour utiliser un minimum de soufre.
Vignoble certifié en Agriculture Biologique ECOCERT.
The Cuvée Argilo Blanc offers a very nice precision and is perfectly paired with a shellfish, an american monkfish, a hard cheese, with Cantal or goat cheese.

The Domaine de Veilloux is a family estate for more than 200 years now ans is situated in Fougères-sur-Bièvres. It extends over a surface of 25 hectares and most of the vines surround the cellar. The vineyard has been converted into organic viticulture since 1998.

The Robert winery is situated in Saint Claude de Diray, a lovely village along the Loire, half way between the castles of Blois and Chambord (8km). This winery is a family company of 10 hectares, managed by Jacques Robert and his wife Chantal as Independant Winegrower for 2 generations using the Cheverny and Cour Cheverny Appellations. We make Cheverny white, red and rosé and also some traditional method wine. Do not hesitate to come and discover the Cour Cheverny Appellation which is really well known in the region because the grape used in this wine is the Romorantin, a local grape which can't be found in any other appellation.

Le petit Chambord is a family exploitation from father to son for 4 generations. It’s a 20 hectares vineyard, in the heart of the Appellation, with the Cheverny forest at the east which is the beginning of the Sologne. The "Romorantin", the most important grape, made the reputation of our white wines. The production is sustainable “Terra Vitis” and the harvest is handmade.
This wine is ample on the palate and has notes of apples, peaches and white flowers.

This 35 hectares estate is in biodynamic farming. Winegrowers since 1595 in the Cheverny Appellation, it’s today the 6th generation of the Gendrier family, located 4km south of the Cheverny castle.
With a constant care for the environment, we are doing a regular and appropriate work of the soil. We do not use synthesis product to treat the vine, and no weed killer or chemical fertilizer. This return to winemaking as it was practicing there 50 years ago, allows us to keep the natural potential of our different soils and microbial life in our soils.
