    The Domaine de Veilloux is a family estate for more than 200 years now and is situated in Fougères-sur-Bièvres. It extends over a surface of 25 hectares and most of the vines surround the cellar. This vineyard has been converted into organic viticulture since 1998.

  • Coming from a parcel where the soil is slightly "fatter", this blend of pinot noir (80%) and gamay (20%) is vinified in a wooden vat with moderate cap punching and this turns into a particularly expressive red wine. The aromas of ripe fruits (notes of fruit puree and sometimes a touch of orange) are combined with discreet nuances of flowers and spices...

    On the municipality of Cheverny, the family exploitation has 20 hectares on the road of the Loire castles.

    The vines are located on three municipalities: Cormeray, Cheverny and Cellettes. We are doing a hand-made picking to select the best grapes.

    With beautiful grapes, we just have to control the fermentation, without added any yeasts and to limit the sulfur. The vineyard is doing an organic farming.

  • Cuvée La Gravotte  Fermentation in truncated oak vats, maceration in semi-carbo from 15 to 21 days depending on the vintage. Aged for 8 months in demi-muids and Burgundy pieces.

    Le Clos du Tue Bœuf is a story which goes back to several centuries. The first vines of the estate are from The Middle Age. Jean Marie and Thierry Puzelat are two brothers who were winemakers in France and abroad, before coming back to the family company.  Jean Marie was the first one who came back after working in Champagne; he took back the vineyard in 1990. Thierry joined him few years later, in 1994, after working in Saint Emilion, Bandol and Montréal.

  • Coming from a mainly clayey parcel, this cuvée has a lot of freshness and minerality. You can taste notes of well-ripen black fruits. This wine has powerful tannins and is very aromatic and will  go marvelously with red and white meats as well as grilled meats.

    Created by Anne-Marie and Luc Percher in 2005, l'Epicourchois is an estate of 9 hectares on the Appellations of Cheverny and Cour Cheverny. The mean age of the vines is 50 years old and they are on a sand and clay soil.This Sologne soil just near the Loire river gives freshness to the wines, fruitiness and minerality. We are three wine lovers doing an organic farming.
