The place where the winery is located is mysterious. It might have been built near to a former castle, where there is today only few rocks. We say that, in the past, the estate was attached to the Lordship of Fougères: this castle was built between the XIth and XIVth century (it is possible to visit it). We also say that this place was a justice place. Its name the Salvart or Salvert means "salvation" doesn’t it?
With a brilliant pale yellow color, this wine reveals an intense nose of blackcurrant bud and citrus. The palate is elegant and fresh. Its lemony finish brings a refreshing note and it could be perfect with your appetizers or fish dishes
