Le Clos du Tue Bœuf is a story which goes back to several centuries. The first vines of the estate are from The Middle Age. Jean Marie and Thierry Puzelat are two brothers who were winemakers in France and abroad, before coming back to the family company. Jean Marie was the first one who came back after working in Champagne; he took back the vineyard in 1990. Thierry joined him few years later, in 1994, after working in Saint Emilion, Bandol and Montréal.
Cuvée Prélude de la DesoucherieThis wine stands out for its smoothness and its pleasant floral bouquet. Citrus and broomflavors, white flowers, jasmine or lilac and peach. Enjoy it with poultry or Sologne asparagus tips with balsamic vinegar.

The estate is located on the municipality of Feings. It’s a family company since the French Revolution. It’s a 10 hectares vineyard in the Cheverny Appellation making 60% red grapes and 40% white grapes but also Crémant de Loire. The Estate is doing a sustainable farming since 2006 in order to respect the soil and the fauna.
The Sauvignon brings the freshness and the fruity and the Chardonnay brings the roundness. This dry white is nice for the aperitif but also with fish and sea food.

Situated on the highest hillside of the municipality of Cour Cheverny, the Charmoise vineyard is a 23 hectares family estate. We make Cheverny white, red and rosé but also CourCheverny white with the local grape Romorantin. During the year, we pay a very careful attention to the vineyard and also to the process of making wine to keep the authenticity.
