It’s the love for the wine which brings laura and Dominique, 5 years ago in the Domaine de Montcy, a family company of 20 hectares in sustainable farming. We have a great respect for the soil and the vine because a good wine is first made in the vines. The process of making wine is naturel, without added yeasts in order to enjoy the expression of the Cheverny terroir. We also have 3 hectares of Romorantin in the Cour Cheverny Appellation which give a rare and a complex wine.
