Vincent HAYER, winegrower and manager has been watching over the destinies of the Domaine de Montcy and its vines since 2003.
The Domaine de Montcy now has around thirty hectares spread over four main plots located in the communes of Cheverny, Cormeray, Chitenay and more recently Celettes. The grapes are vinified in a natural way, without yeasts and without enzymes to best bring out the terroir.
