Located at the gates of the Chambord park, the Domaine du Croc du Merle is shared between the dairy farm and the wine estate. Wine grower from father to son since 1794, the estate covers 14 hectares of vines. Integrating the AOC Cheverny since its creation, the Domaine's wines have been rewarded each year for their quality and diversity.

The Plante d’Or estate is a 19th century winery restored which its name comes from a yellow flower which was in the area. Philippe Loquineau is managing the winery of 16 hectares on the municipality of Cheverny.
Dry white wine produced on siliceous soils and flint clay. It's harvested when overripe then fermented and aged in oak barrels for 15 months offering woody notes, white flowers and candied fruits.

The history of the family wine estate dates back to 1740.
Today, Benoit Daridan has managed the estate since August 2001. An area of 31 hectares.
A dry white wine with a golden yellow color that reveals a flowery nose with mineral and nutty notes. This wine has a mineral attack on the palate followed then by notes of grilled almonds before finishing on quince and honey flavors.
