The place where the winery is located is mysterious. It might have been built near to a former castle, where there is today only few rocks. We say that, in the past, the estate was attached to the Lordship of Fougères: this castle was built between the XIth and XIVth century (it is possible to visit it). We also say that this place was a justice place. Its name the Salvart or Salvert means "salvation" doesn’t it?

The estate is located on the municipality of Feings. It’s a family company since the French Revolution. It’s a 10 hectares vineyard in the Cheverny Appellation making 60% red grapes and 40% white grapes but also Crémant de Loire. The Estate is doing a sustainable farming since 2006 in order to respect the soil and the fauna.
Cuvée Les Gabares semi sweet This late harvest of Romorantin is semi sweet; it has exotic fruits, honey and acacia flowers flavors. This sweet and round wine will be perfect with foie gras or fish with sauce.

Started in 1931, the wine cooperative of the Winemakers of Mont Prés Chambord is situated in the heart of the Cheverny Appellation, between the Loire river and the Sologne, near the prestigious castles of Blois, Chambord and Cheverny. The cooperative does the harvest and the winemaking of its 21 members on 126 hectares of vines. It sells around 500 000 bottles every year and is today the first producer of Cheverny wines.

Le petit Chambord is afamily exploitationfrom father to son since 4 generations. It’s a 20 hectares vineyard, in the heart of the Appellation, with the Cheverny forest at the east which is the beginning of the Sologne. The "Romorantin", the most important grape, made the reputation of our white wines. The production is sustainable “Terra Vitis” and the harvest is handmade.
Dry white wine, fruity and round. It will be nice with fish, oysters, delicatessen and cheeses, but also as an aperitif.

The estate is located on the municipality of CourCheverny, at the gates of the Sologne, between Cheverny and Chambord. The Daridan family is working the vine since the XVIIth century.
After several experiences in France an abroad, like in Spain or in New Zealand, it’s now Benoit Daridan who manage since August 2001 the 14 hectares estate.
This wine has a nose on red fruits scents and has a structured palate on spicy and peppery notes. It will go perfectly with a rib steak and its peppery sauce or with a summer barbecue.

This 35 hectares estate is in biodynamic farming. Winegrowers since 1595 in theCheverny Appellation, it’s today the 6th generation of the Gendrier family, located 4km south of the Cheverny castle.
With a constant care for the environment, we are doing aregular and appropriate work of the soil. We do not use synthesis product to treat the vine, and no weed killer or chemical fertilizer. This return to winemaking as it was practicing there 50 years ago, allows us to keep the natural potential of our different soils and microbial life in our soils.
Cuvée Salamandre. This wine with a gold color has fresh citrus and white flowers flavors. In the palate, its smooth, fresh and mineral first, and then it’s fruity (quince), with long lemon aromas.
