Romorantin grape
This grape variety found on our silicieous soil all its potential of expression to give birth to a white wine very original and typical. Most of the time, Romorantin grapes gives dry and subtil wines but can be semi dry when its harvested later.
Cour-Cheverny wines
They are dry and lively and are characterized by a very big length in mouth. Pleasant in their youth, when they are tasted " on the fruit ", they are particularly capable of the ageing: their colour takes then golden reflections and their delicate flavors have notes of honey and locust tree.
